When using this cream, it is recommended to make it a part of your habit or daily routine. This way you will not even notice any additional work with applying it. With this method apply it twice per day (morning, evening) for about 12 weeks.
When applying, use a similar amount each time, evenly spread out using a circular massage as this decreases the absorption time that the cream needs to be absorbed. If you are pregnant, consult with your doctor beforehand.
